Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026 · Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Analyzt AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Analyzt AI platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Analyzt AI is a Delaware S Corporation. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at info@analyzt.ai.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or contact us, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Organization name and role
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor)

1.2 Platform Usage Data

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Usage metrics (features accessed, AI token consumption, session duration)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Log data (timestamps, error logs, performance metrics)

1.3 Content You Provide

The Service processes content you upload or enter, including strategic documents, business data, initiative details, and AI Assistant conversations. We strongly encourage you to use codenames, pseudonyms, and anonymized data when entering information into the platform. Our built-in Anonymizer tool helps remove sensitive identifiers from uploaded documents before AI processing.

1.4 Website Visitor Data

When you visit our marketing website, we may collect analytics data through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 7 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: operate, maintain, and deliver the features and functionality of the platform
  • Process AI requests: analyze content through our AI models to generate insights, business cases, risk assessments, and recommendations
  • Improve the Service: understand usage patterns to improve features, performance, and user experience
  • Communicate with you: send service-related notices, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support
  • Ensure security: detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, and technical issues
  • Process payments: manage billing, invoicing, and subscription management
  • Comply with legal obligations: fulfill regulatory and legal requirements

3. How We Protect Your Data

3.1 Encryption

All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit.

3.2 Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West US 3 (Arizona) and East US (Virginia) regions. Our infrastructure is designed for high availability, redundancy, and security.

3.3 Access Controls

We implement role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication for internal systems, and comprehensive audit logging. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and reviewed regularly.

3.4 Built-in Anonymization

The platform includes an Anonymizer feature that automatically strips sensitive identifiers (names, company names, financial figures) from uploaded documents before they are processed by AI models. We encourage all users to leverage this feature and to use pseudonyms throughout.

3.5 Compliance

We maintain security practices aligned with GDPR and SOC 2 standards. We conduct regular security assessments and continuously monitor our infrastructure for vulnerabilities.

4. AI Data Processing

We may use your data, always in anonymized, aggregated form, to improve our own predictive models, unless your organization's admin opts out. Your strategic documents, business data, and AI conversations are always used to provide the Service to you; training-data use is the only piece governed by this setting. Specifically:

  • Content is processed by AI models only to generate the outputs you request (insights, business cases, predictions)
  • Content is not shared across organizations or users outside your account
  • You choose which AI model processes your content, including a private Analyzt AI tenant model that keeps queries in-house rather than using a third-party provider
  • Our proprietary ML models (for risk prediction, strategy optimization, and value realization) are trained on anonymized, aggregated data; your organization's data is included by default and always in anonymized, aggregated form. Your organization's admin can opt out of this training data use at any time in account settings, independent of and without affecting access to any platform feature

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted third parties who assist in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request
  • Safety and rights protection: to protect the rights, property, or safety of Analyzt AI, our users, or the public
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

5.1 Sub-processors

Our primary sub-processors include:

  • Microsoft Azure: cloud infrastructure and hosting (West US 3, East US regions)
  • Azure Communication Services: email delivery
  • Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service: default AI model processing, operated within a private tenant for the Service
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Perplexity: optional AI model processing, engaged only when a user explicitly selects one of these providers' models in the platform

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion:

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days
  • Platform content (initiatives, business cases, AI conversations) is permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely
  • Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website and Service use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for the Service to function (authentication, session management)
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Service is used to improve functionality

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing of your data
  • Objection: object to processing of your personal data
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@analyzt.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8.1 GDPR Rights (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: processing necessary to deliver the Service you subscribed to
  • Legitimate interests: improving the Service, ensuring security, and communicating with you
  • Consent: where you have provided explicit consent (e.g., marketing communications)
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required by law

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored in the United States (Microsoft Azure, West US 3 and East US regions). If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice via email or an in-platform notification.
