Data Privacy by Design

Our built-in Anonymizer automatically removes sensitive information (names, companies, financials) from uploaded documents before AI processing.

We encourage all entered data to be sanitized. The platform works regardless of what you call things. Use codenames, pseudonyms, or generic labels. Your strategy insights don't require real names.

You also choose which AI sees your data. Six providers sit behind one selector with a privacy badge and relative cost on every model, and the default model runs in our private tenant, so nothing goes to a public AI provider unless you opt in.

What are tokens?
Tokens are the units of AI processing power used when the platform performs analysis, generates insights, or interacts with our AI Assistant. Different tasks consume different amounts of tokens based on complexity.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You can add additional token packs of 50,000 tokens as needed. Token pack pricing will be announced after beta completes. These tokens never expire and can be used whenever you need them.
What if I need multiple organizations?
Consulting firms and enterprises with multiple organizations can contact our sales team for custom pricing and pooled token arrangements.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Our standard plan is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime. Founding Member pricing requires a 1-year subscription commitment in exchange for the discounted rate and bonus tokens.
Can I control which AI model is used?
Yes. The platform connects to six AI providers, and you choose the model per task from a selector that shows the privacy level and relative cost of every option. The default model runs in our private tenant, so your data never goes to a public AI provider unless you opt in. Every model in the lineup is tested on real strategy workloads before it appears in the selector.
How does our data get in, and do you become our system of record?
Getting started takes minutes: upload the strategy documents and spreadsheets you already have (or drop them into the AI Assistant) and AI extracts the whole strategy in one pass, with a review-and-approve step before anything is saved. Bring Your Own Agent lets ongoing updates flow from the systems you already run. And no, we deliberately do not become your system of record. Your systems stay the source of truth. The platform works from a point-in-time read, which is also why cost scales with your team rather than your data volume.
